Just a quick post to give some advice about exercising and hemorrhoids. For many people with external hemorrhoids it is just too painful to walk or run - but they know that taking exercise is good for the bowel and keeps things moving - a very important element in not making hemorrhoids worse, and not getting a repeat of the problem. An alternative is to try swimming. If you swim using breast stroke, you don't get the friction which you can get from walking or running, or swimming freestyle or backstroke. If you absolutely have to walk or run, try using a cream such as 3Bs to cut down on the rubbing in that area.
